Walking distance to local craft breweries and restaurants on Welton and Larimer. Street parking. 2 Bedrooms/2 Bathrooms perfectly sleeps two couples (additional charge for additional guests). We have a pack-n-play and baby gates available upon request.
It is my home, but i will lock my personal items away and with the exception of a small portion of the closet the whole place is yours during your stay.
Key-less access to the Townhouse with laundry facility. shared gas grill, Crossfit gym in garage (with classes evenings M-W-F) down the street, garden and outdoor covered lounge/dining space. I will send you the personalized codes for the gate and the front door 24 hours before arrival.
Interaction with guests
As little or as much as you like. I am always happy to meet guests, answer any questions or provide recommendations. It is my home, so I will be out while you stay, however I can be easily reached if anything is needed.
